It is best to use the TerraPhrase Paper together with the Privacy cardboardto protect the seed phrase from view. Then place it in a security bagthat immediately shows you if someone has tried to access it.
A seed phrase is like the password for your Bitcoin and consists of 12 or 24 words. Whoever knows these words has control over your Bitcoin. Therefore, it is extremely important to keep the seed phrase secure.
The Seed QR code provides a visual representation of the seed phrase and can be easily copied. This allows the seed phrase to be scanned and imported into a device in seconds, eliminating the need to manually type it in.

A seed phrase alone is not recommended, as it would give a potential thief direct access to your Bitcoin. It's advisable to use a passphrase in addition and keep it securely stored separately from the seed phrase.
